Please Develop all EA on points. In order not get error with cfds, or crosses with 3, 4 or 5 or 6 digits 

I need EA with the following rules:

1) EA read/takes all intruments avaiable on the MT4 plataform 

2) Sell all intruments, BUT, Takeprofit? StopLoss? LotSize? i will explain on nexts points

3) LotSize = all instruments * StopLoss = 1% of equity RISKED. or ("x" % that we put on output)

4) StopLoss = Spread*10              (Multiplier as extern variable, output)

5) TakeProfit = StopLoss*10         (Multiplier as extern variable, output)

6) Max trades at same time per instrument  "1"

NOW SOME RULES FOR ENTRY AND EXIT

 Entry

 Enter all trades at Hour, Minute, if any trade fails, try again 100 times more, Default hour minute -> 00:00 

 Only Reopen Basket when all trades closed, or 0 trades opens.

 Exit 

 When basket is opened, EA remeber how many trades open's. Example Today at 00:00 EA run and Open 50 trades. 1 trade per instrument, if risk 1% on all means that is risking 0.02% of equity per trade. OK THEN

 IF on any time Floating Profit, is more than x4 risked, Close all basket, take into account spread paids too and comissions. EXAMPLE if we loss 20 positions ( -1000usd) and the orthers 30 positions reach 4000usd, then close all basket because reach x4 more than we loose on this basket.  (This valid only for each basket and only 1 basket at same time)

 Reach floating Factor profit multiplier as output please
