Molanis money management is not working

Hi, Ive created a EA with molanis appliaction, which is running in backtesting fine.

but when I tried to implement money management for ex. 2% of balance(free margin) for lotsizing, the backtesting report still only trades 0,10 lots.

when I tried to set the following parameters to TRUE and backtested the system, there was no moneymanagement used, only fixed lotsize of 0.1 was traded:

extern bool    UseMaximumPercentageatRisk = true;

extern double  MaximumPercentageatRisk = 2; 

extern bool    UseRiskRatio = true; 

extern int     RiskRatio = 3; 

extern bool    UseLotManagement = true;

extern int     LotManagementType = 2; 

the parameters above should activate MM, but in backtest only 0.1 lots trades on each trade?
