Please write the code or the function or EA

Hi 

I have some limited   understanding of mql4 yet struggle to do some of the more advanced code

I want someone to please write me a function that I can incorporate into my current EA myself  

The function needs to : 

Check for any open orders that are - 500pips  (minus 500pips)

Then while that order is in a loss of   -500 pips  or more than -500pips  the function must wait for a positive trade to  happen and then once the positive trade closes in profit , the function must  immediately  select the trade that has the -500pips and partial close X lots of it 

If there are multiple orders that are -500 than it must select the biggest  losing one

Will you please make a brief comment next to the code so I can understand what it does.Just a word or two
