Spezifikation

Criar um Indicador mql5, com um painel um informativo de sinais e níveis de compra e venda analisando vários tempos gráficos: 
M1, M5, M15, M30, H1, H4, D1, W1, MN1. Ele será baseado em captar informações de um RSI personalizado com uma média.
O sinal de entrada se dá no cruzamento dessa média central configurável.

Criar um Expert Advisor mql5, que irá lê os sinais desse indicador, com todas as funções parametrizáveis,
escolher a correlação dos tempos gráficos para dar entrada de compra ou venda, escolher somente compra ou somente venda.
Saída por (Take e Stop fixo e por mudança de sinal, ou por um SuperTrend stop móvel dinâmico. Mantenha a operação aberta enquanto o preço permanecer do mesmo lado da linha. Se o preço fechar do outro lado, a operação é fechada.), controle de horários, controle de Gestão de risco.
