I am interested in developing a custom Expert Advisor (EA) for trade copying between MT4 and MT5 platforms.
I would like to request a quote for building this EA based on the following detailed requirements:
Trade Copying Functionality: The EA should copy trades from one master account to one or more slave accounts.
Account Differences: The master and slave accounts will not be from the same broker and may have different account balances/capital.
Platform Compatibility: It must support copying from MT4 to MT4 and from MT4 to MT5.

Symbol Mapping: Some symbols may have different names in the slave accounts (e.g., Us100 might be Nas100, Jp225 might be Jpn225, Wti might be Xtiusd, and potentially others).The EA should allow for configurable symbol mapping to handle these variations.
Copy Timing: Trades should only be copied at the moment of opening and closing. No intermediate modifications.
Pending Orders: Pending orders should not be copied. SL and TP Handling: Stop Loss (SL) and Take Profit (TP) levels from the master trades should not be copied to the slave accounts.
Risk Management: The EA should read the risk percentage (%) of each trade from the master account and allow the user to specify the desired risk percentage for each slave account where the trade is copied.
Environment: All MT4 and MT5 terminals will be running on the same computer or VPS.
