Main Purpose:

To create a highly secure Expert Advisor (EA) that enforces strict risk rules, limits overtrading, and prevents emotional mistakes. The EA works on both demo and live accounts, designed to be resistant to user overrides and tampering.

1. Account Type Compatibility

• The EA must function on both live and demo accounts without restrictions.

2. Trade Locking & Risk Rules

• Daily Risk Limit: Max total loss per day is 2% of account balance/equity.
  
• Once 2% loss is reached, EA stops all trading for the day.
• No new trades until the next day.
• Manual SL Control:
  
• User can move the SL to reduce losses or set it to break-even.
• Cannot increase SL (widen stop loss) to increase risk.
  
• If attempted, EA will automatically reset to original safe SL.
• Take Profit (TP):
  
• User can adjust TP anytime.
• Trades can be manually closed at any time.

3. Trading Time Window

• Trading allowed between 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM New York Time.
• After 10:30 AM, no new trades can be opened, but existing trades can be manually closed.

4. Trade Limits

• Max 2 trades per day.
• Cooldown Logic:
  
• 10-minute cooldown only if the last trade was a losing trade.
• After a profitable trade, the user can open a new trade immediately.
• After 2 trades, EA disables new trades for the day.

5. Security Features

• Password-Protected Admin Section:
  
• Basic inputs (risk %, trailing stop, TP) visible to the user.

• • Advanced or sensitive settings are locked behind a password only the developer has access to

  
  

• Restart Persistence:
  
• If MT5 is restarted, EA reactivates with all settings intact.
• Tamper Protection:
  
• EA monitors SL changes that would increase risk, reverting or blocking them.
• Optional alert: “SL increase blocked – Risk protection active.”

• Simple interface for inputs.
• One-time setup with rare changes required.
• EA enforces risk limits to avoid emotional overrides.
• Developer supports any bugs/issues.
• License-free and works on both demo and live accounts.
• Future updates delivered smoothly (drag-and-drop file).

8. Delivery Format

• EA File: .ex5 (MT5-ready)
• Source File (.mq5): Only if separately agreed.
• EA must be tested to enforce:

• 2 trades per day
• Manual SL rules
• Time window enforcement
• Cooldown after losses
• No auto-closure after 10:30 AM

9. Payment Terms

• Once this Specification is confirmed, payment is locked.
• Developer is paid only after EA is delivered and works as specified.

10. Watchdog EA (Advanced Protection)

• Background EA monitors the main EA.
  
• If the main EA is removed or crashes, watchdog restarts it.
• Alternatively, it can block trading and send an alert.
• Watchdog can be password-protected to prevent tampering.
• Adds extra security to prevent overriding or disabling the main EA.
