Hello

I have an EA and would like to add an filter using function that filters trading before or after calendar News ....
2. The filter should be backtestable since at least 2019 (an external calendar database is needed);
3. I would like to include the function by myself, need an manual of the developer;
4. The filter must have the following inputs (at least):

The parameter sugesteds:

UseNewsFilter_1 = true (bool)
CountryNewsFilter_1 = Brazil, EUA, other (list)
ImpactNewsFilter_1 = Low, Medium, High (list)
ClosePositionBeforeNews_1 = true (bool)
ClosePositionMinBeforeNews_1 = 180 (int)
DontTradeMinutesBeforeNews_1 = 180 (int)
DontTradeMinutesAfterNews_1 = 180 (int)
