3 Moving average with alert

Spezifikation

I want an indicator that have 2 moving average in 1 moving average indicator. This indicator should send an alert and email alert. for example ma is setup to  30 ma and 150 ma lines in this ma indicator. When candle closes according to chosen time frame above 30 ma line and 30 ma line is above 150 ma line, It sends an alert OR when candle or bar according to chosen time frame on main chart closes below 30 ma and 30 ma is below 150 ma line, it sends alert. Alert should be sent twice no many times and can be 1 or twice after 5 minutes interval.
