Tick chart EA

I need a tick chart where the high of the candle represents the Ask price and the low of the candle represents the Bid price. If a new Bid price comes in, there should be a new candle. If theres a new Ask price, there should be a new candle. And if the Bid and Ask price both move at the same time, this should also be represented in a single candle. I want this built as an EA where I can apply it to an offline chart and then run it live. I know that MT4 doesnt store historical tick data. It's not a problem, I want this to run live.

I would like the colors of the candles generated based on two different options:

1) CANDLE SIZE:

If the size of the candle is smaller than the previous candle, I want this represented as a Red candle stick. If the size of the candle is larger than the previous candle, then it should be a Green candle stick. If the size of the current candle is the same size as the previous, it should be colored in as Grey. These colors should be the default, but I would like an option to modify the color scheme as well.

2) PRICE MOVE:

I would also like an option to modify the colors of the candles where if price moves up its a green candle,  and if price moves down, its a red candle. If a scenario where both the bid and ask move at the same time, it should be green if both bid and ask moved up, red if both bid and ask moved down, and then grey if it was anything else. For example, the ask price dropped and the bid price rose.

Label all the green candles as 'Bull' candles, all the red candles as 'Bear candles', and all the grey candles as 'Neutral'.

Finally I want an option to choose which candles to show: Bull candles, Bear candles, Neutral candles. I want the default to be selected on all, but the option to choose which ones to show or not show.
