Create a generating close trade alert assistant EA (auto detect all my running trades)

Hi, I would like to create an EA to generate close trade alert, the alert is based on 2 EMA crossover with closed bar, please see the below requirements:

1). The Indicator / EA will auto detect / scan for my all running trades ( all trade are placed manually without any magic number );

2). Example I have a buy EURUSD running , and it is trade in H4, when H4 having a EMA crossover for sell with closed bar ( confirmed signal ) , the EA will try to close the trade 1 time ONLY (not many time, only 1 time, even it's failed to close due to some reason), at the same time will also generate a close trade alert to my email, pop up and push.

3). The alert message should be "Close (Symbol) NOW!!!"

4).Please note the EA will only close the trade or generate the close trade alert for the opposite signal appear of pair only, e.g. I have GBPAUD & EURUSD buy, then EURUSD EMA sell crossover happened, the EA will only try to close the EURUSD and generate close trade alert for EURUSD, and DO NOT INVOLVE the GBPAUD.

5). The EA will be named "ALC close trade assistant EA".

6). Please note my broker all symbols having suffix, so make sure the EA work with all prefix and suffix.

7).Below is the settings input needed :
