Modify my exisiting Expert advisor (I need a developer who is very good in hedging )

The bot is currently based on MA crossing under this strategy 

When low & main MA cross open Buy Trade and when High & main cross => Sell trade.

Once a trade is opened and the graph continues to move in favor of the trade, it opens more trades in that direction following "gaps in pips" in the input section.

All these trades have a common trailing stop for maximizing the profits.

If the next signal is released and the current order has a positive value close it immediately.

Adjustments required 

1. We are going to introduce a hedging strategy for the losing trades.

        The hedging will be activated when the next signal has been released and we have an open order with a negative value. 

2.The order opened should be multiplied by a factor that will be specified by the user in the input section. 

       If a 3rd signal is released and the two trades are still running, multiply the value of the 2nd signal by the multiplying actor given in the input section

       eg. If we set the multiplying factor to 2 and the initial trade is 5 lot, 2nd trade will be 10 lot and 3rd trade will be 20 lots and this continues until the target pips set  are achieved and trailing stop is then activated.

3.The number of hedging trades should also have a cap that will be set in the input section. If a user sets the number to 5, on 5 hedging trades will be opened.

       The next signal should start on a new thread and won’t be affected by the already running hedging trades.
