Spezifikation

The function in my EA uses regex libraries to read an XML file from the web that fills a variable with information, I am looking for a developer to recode the function so the regex libraries aren't needed.

The data will fill the following variables so it can be used to filter trades: 

   TITLE, COUNTRY, IMPACT;
   PREVIOUS, FORECAST;
   DATE, TIME;

If needed I can share the current coding of the function.

NOTE: I WILL NOT SHARE THE SOURCE CODE OF MY EA UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
