Spezifikation

I'm looking for a developer to build a simple cloud-based monitoring and alert system for a trading account whose performance statistics are displayed on a third-party website.

The system should:

1. Monitor the account's balance, equity and open positions.
2. Calculate the current floating drawdown as a percentage of account balance.
3. Send a single alert, preferably via WhatsApp or alternatively email, when floating drawdown reaches 3%.
4. Once the alert has triggered, monitor the positions that were open at that time and notify me when all those positions have closed.
5. Avoid duplicate alerts and automatically reset for the next drawdown cycle.
6. Run independently in the cloud, without requiring my computer or VPS to remain switched on.
7. Notify me if the data becomes unavailable or stops updating.

The website doesn't provide an API, so the developer would need to establish whether the publicly displayed statistics and open positions can be monitored accurately, reliably and through permitted access methods.

No automated trading or order execution is required. This is purely a monitoring and notification system.

Please advise on feasibility, development costs and any ongoing hosting charges.
