MODIFY MT4 INDICATOR AND THEN CONVERT TO MT5

This indicator shows  a line that is pink and light blue that I don't care to use. instead I'm interested in the Angle of the line. 

I would like to change it to resemble the other one in the picture attached. 

the line is black and with gold dots above each candle bar. if there is a change in the angle/direction I want to highlight this change with a red or blue around the gold. 

I want this for every change..... so every new angle down gets a red and gold dot and every new angle up gets a blue and a gold dot.

IF the line angle does not change on the next bar, then i just want a gold dot like the picture.

After this modification, I would like the code converted to MT5

TO BE CLEAR: 

I want a finished MT4 version and a finished MT5 version

AND both their source files
