I have an indicator that sends alerts to my mobile phone when certain rules are met.  Entry rules are attached.  However I would like to be able to program an EA/Indicator/Script to be able to take that alert and send a customized signal to my telegram channel.  I want the EA to be able to detect the alert and send a rules based signal from the alert of the indicator.  The indicator I am using is "Order Block Breaker Indicator" which is also on MQL5.  I have attached the indicator to this order as well so you can see if you can work with it and accomplish my goal for the EA.  The EA will be able to be licensable and be able to send to multiple telegram channels.
