Modification in MT4 & MT5 codes

I’ve source code which using Pivot line as reference line for Buy/Sell signal which is referring to HST H4 data but it changes every time MT4 terminal relaunch and the line price not changed every H4 interval. I Need help to modify the code so that it updates the pivot line only at H1/H4 interval & avoid repaint. And has option to change the H4 to other TF like H1. Add Time to Trade filter like Gold Stuff EA. Add FFCal indicator to avoid trade open hours/min before/after major news release. Customized candlestick color/background etc. Add close all button, risk management to Take Profit/Closs al based on risk setting.
