i require a very sophisticated indicator to provide the following for my indicator

i require a few following before provide details of the project 

1. Able to speak very good english ( As it requires you to understand the full scope ) 
2. must have back ground in trading ( Currency Market ) 
3. able to understand the full scope of what we are wanting to develop Via message first

Budget will be allocated to the correct point of job and will provide bonus in the end
