Spezifikation

I have  two indicators - Heiken Ashi and EMA on same chart -
I need to modify the HA indicator to provide an alert (by placing an arrow on chart) 

when the following conditions are met: 

   when HA changing colour:
                      red to green 
                      when HA close above EMA open
                       ema slope (current ema - prev ema) > constant (input)  
                              next bar => green arrow on chart
                     
                      green to red
                      HA closes below EMA open
                      ema slope (current ema - prev ema)> constant (input)
                            next bar => red arrow on chart 

- to ensure that buying/shorting is not done during ranging,
  ema must slope upwards (or downwards) to trigger arrows
 
- if this is successful, I need to turn this into a workable robot
