Spezifikation

Hello I want a percentage change indicator. It will be  formed middle line, green line and red line. 

I want percentage change middle line to green line. when I move green line, It will show me percentage distance of middle line.

I want percentage change middle line to red line. when I move red line, It will show me percentage distance of middle line.

I want use this indicator for backtest so i want to move indicator. I will use it on chart where i want.

and i have a custom indicator can you add alert to this indicator.
