Expert Advisor based on Moving Averages

I need an expert advisor based on 4 moving averages. The expert advisor will buy on bullish crossovers and sell on bearish crossovers. More information about the actual buy/sell method will be disclosed below.

Only one (1) long or short trade will be opened at a time, and must be closed before another trade is placed.

All 4 moving averages must be capable of the following averaging methods:

• Simple (SMA)
• Exponential (EMA)
• Smoothed (SMMA)
• Linear Weighted (LWMA)

All 4 moving averages must be capable of being set for the following prices:

• Close
• Open
• High
• Low
• Median
• Typical
• Weighted

Basic features needed include:

• Filter for trading direction by long, short, or both.
• Times that the expert advisor can place trades.
• Maximum PIP Spread - if the spread is too much the expert advisor will not place the order.
• Trailing Stop
• Stop Loss
• Manual lot size for each trade.
• A "Magic Number" type system so the expert advisor can be placed on multiple time charts.
• Must paint buy or sell signals on the screen, as well as display the moving averages.

This expert advisor must be compatible with my broker, IG located in the US. Would like somebody that also would be available to work on future improvements to this expert advisor.
