In a graph of a given currency pair in MT5, I need an Indicator fetching the Economic Calendar Events of two currencies from the well
know websites. The Indicator is required to show the "deviation" values of the economic events (actual minus consensus
values in percent) in real time over the horizontal axis.
In the Indicator setting, the user should be able to choose
which event to represent from a drop down menu and also be given the choice to filter the events by their impact "low" , "medium" or "high".
The indicator should look like the Volume Indicator only with the following differences:
1 - The Indicator does not have value for every candle. It only has value for candles where there is an Economic Events!
2- The Indicator can have both positive and negative values from -100% to +100%. Positive values to be shown above the horizontal
line and negative values below it. Vertical axis range should be able to be zoomed from +/-100% to any other range like +/- 5%.
3- Future events are indicated with vertical dashed lines without any values. Once a candle reaches a dashed line in the future
time,the dashed line would disappear immediately and be replaced by an actual indicator value.
Note to developers:
- This indicator will be used in very small time frames like M1 or less. There should be almost no time lag between the publication in the
websites and the indicator on the graph.
- There are different websites for Economic Calendars such as www.mql5.com, www.fxstree.com, www.dailyfx.com,
www.forexfactory.com, www.investing.com etc...The developer is free to choose the best website for
instantaneous and reliable source of events, but is expected to get my approval first for the final choice.
- The events should be fetched by API calls. Reading data from Regex or html pages should be avoided if possible.
Open to any discussion or limiting the types of currency or event for more simplicity
