Modification of the existing dashboard

Hello,

      I would like to modify this dashboard and add push notification alert .  I want to keep the tick values  which the dashboard currently  has.

inputs -

1) if daily or weekly >6 or < -6 then alert with levels. for now I already have weekly alert. I just need to add daily alert

2) Any other time frames LOWER  than  Daily in the dashboard,  if anchor >10 or < -10, then I need an alert.   I need alert just once when it enter the levels regarless of time frames  not several times        

  3)If  daily > 6 and lower times frames( M15, or H1 or H4)  >10 ( I choose the timeframes in the dashboard)  at the same time, then " entry alert with values.

4)  If  daily <-6and lower times frames( M15, or H1 or H4)  <-10 ( I choose the timeframes in the dashboard)  at the same time, then " entry alert with values.

I want the dashboard scrollable if possible 

The current dashboard is already up and running and I am happy about it. please keep the dashbaord as it is.  Just need an update with the push notifications and make it scrollable
