Modify my current martingale with hedge EA. The EA fails to recognize the old orders when server is down or accidentally closed the EA

Here's my problem

My EA is a martingale. When I accidentally closed my MT4 the EA fails to recognize the old order and will reset the level back to 1. Even when the martingale is already at level 10 and it suppose to be at level 11 when turned on back the mt4, it will reset to level 1. This happen also when there's a sever change in the broker, during weekends and weekdays. When I also manually enters a trade on the same pair the EA is trading, it keeps on modifying that 1 order the same with the older orders., it change the take profit price even tho I already set one. Also when autotrading is accidentally turned off and turned back on the EA seems to fail to recognized the old orders.

Solution needed:

The EA should recognize the orders and manage orders even when

1. Autotrading is accidentally turned off,

2. PC/VPS is turned off

3. mt4 is accidentally turned off

4. placed other orders of another EA or manually placed another trade on the same pairs the EA is trading.

I will need the modified mq4 file after too
