Looking for a pending buy/sell stop for last candle high/low script?

Hello.

Is there a script (no EA) that can place two pending orders based on the chart's last candle high/low? Like a straddle. 

It should have inputs for SL, TP in Pips and a Offset/Buffer in Pips (distance from where the actualy buy/sell pending stop above/below the high/low would be placed)

I am looking for a long time for something like this but can´t find anything. 

Any help would be much appreciated.
