Update to today's Morning Briefing
As announced this morning, the CPI News can flip the market upside, and this time it created a new USD SELL trend in the blink of an eye.
Hence, we advise staying out upfront such news because if you are in a trade, and it goes so quick against you, it's possible that your SL will be skipped, and you get stop out with a way worse price.
I'll wait until the dust has settled because it's also possible that we see a serious reversal after this jump.

This time I kept my GOLD trade way longer, and I was rewarded. 🙂
2/3 of the position reached their profit targets, the last one got stopped out during today's NY session.

The first trade of the day already reached it's TP1 and closed 50% of the position. The rest runs risk-free because the SL is set to break even. 💪

The weekend is the best time for in-depth chart analysis and research work.
We are not distracted by market updates, scanning for opportunities or the trade management when we already have some positions open.
During the weekend, everything is "on hold" and we can browse stress-free through the charts, scanning for the patterns and opportunities we want to trade in the future.
So, use the time to relax at first, and once you're recharged prepare yourself for the upcoming trading weeks.

A perfect example for the strategy we published earlier today at https://www.mql5.com/en/blogs/post/754729
It worked perfectly fine on 5 GBP pairs and only 2 got stopped out due to the NFP news.
As you can see, I didn't expect the move to go that far, and so my profit targets left most of the move on the table.
Either way, the approach worked, even with this news event, and that's what counts. 💪
