Using Time Offset you just need to make the EA match your local time and adjust trading hours. Alternatively match the EA time to London GMT.

Market watch time and EA pane' time is same.  My question is can I just leave Time Offset = 0?  (please see attachment)

Your EA should be GMT, please set Time Offset to 2

My commission is $0.04 per 0.01 lot on Roboforex. You need much lower commission or use a no commission account with low spread

Default settings for both EURUSD and XAUUSD. Recommended XAUUSD for consistent performance.

Yes buy and sell during certain hours of the day. You can choose to disable buys or sells in the EA interface if you want.
