MY EA need some dynamic parameters, which depend on recent ( like one week,month,year or years) test or optimality,now i have to test these parameters by manual, i want to ask you if there be some approachs which can do these in my EA or be used by my EA auto.

For example :in the EA if "#import "shell32.dll" " is allowed?

No, all DLL's are disabled for Automatic Trading Championship. You can use only ex4, mq4, mqh and data files in your contest Profile.
