You've been burned before. That's why you're reading this.

You bought an EA with a perfect backtest. It collapsed in two weeks live. You tried another one — same story. Maybe you've done this five times already. You're not stupid. You were just shopping in a market full of smoke.

Most "AI-powered" bots on MQL5 are a martingale with a ChatGPT logo slapped on top. Perfect equity curves that only exist inside the strategy tester. That's not trading. That's marketing.

I'm Diego, and I build the opposite of that.

WHO I AM

I design Expert Advisors and AI-driven trading systems at DoIt Trading. My focus: strategies that survive the market, survive drawdowns, and survive YOU — because most EAs don't die from bad logic. They die because the trader panics and pulls the plug.

Everything I sell runs on my own money first. No exceptions.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

TRADING PHILOSOPHY

Portfolio over single EA. One bot is not a trading plan — it's a psychological trap disguised as a strategy. Multiple strategies supporting each other is how you actually stay in the game.

Controlled risk, not zero risk. Every system has losing periods. The difference is whether drawdown is managed with clear stop-losses and defined limits, or whether it's a grid praying for a reversal.

Recovery is more dangerous than drawdown. The urge to "get back to break-even" destroys more accounts than the drawdown itself. My systems are built knowing that.

Proof over promises. I don't post screenshots — I post verified accounts:

BROKERS I USE WITH REAL MONEY

Don't run your EA on a random broker. These are the ones I trust with my own capital:

IC Markets — Raw spreads, institutional execution

Pepperstone — Solid regulation, global coverage

PROP FIRMS / FUNDED PROGRAMS

Axi Select — Scale capital without paying challenge fees. You trade, they add capital. The only funded program where the business model isn't "collect fees from failing traders"
https://doittrading.com/go/axi-select/

FTMO — If you want traditional funded challenges, this is the one with actual payouts

Why You Can't Backtest AI Trading EAs (And Why Forward Testing Is Better)

5 Kasım 2025, 17:00
I hit "Start" in MetaTrader Strategy Tester to backtest my AI EA. 0.2 seconds later: WebRequest not allowed in Strategy Tester I stared at that error for 10 minutes before the reality hit me: You can't backtest an EA that needs to talk to the internet...

Session-Based Gold Trading: Why Timing Matters More Than Strategy

4 Kasım 2025, 17:00
You've got the perfect gold EA setup. AI provider configured. Reasoning effort optimized. Risk parameters dialed in. Then you run it 24/7 and watch it bleed slowly during Asian session. The same exact setup that catches beautiful 40-pip London breakouts gets chopped up in 8-pip Asian ranges...

📊 Signals check + new tests (possible ETHUSD preset!)

Sharing a quick read of the signals and one of the tests I’m running—ETHUSD is on the table for a new preset if forward keeps behaving.

🗓️ Heads-up: this Friday = US Non-Farm Employment Change. We had a great week last week, so here’s how I’ll judge this one:

1. Bad: gives back much more than last week’s profit - needs work
2. Small red: ready for main portfolio (start with reduced risk) - capital protected in a tricky week
3. Small green: ready for main portfolio (reduced risk) - different week, still net positive
4. Decent green: ready for main portfolio (can scale gradually)

We are getting closer! Thank you for your commitment!

📌 Broker note for XAUUSD (Aggressive preset)
Costs matter a lot. My two go-to options (also in my main portfolio):

• IC Trading (Standard) → https://shorturl.at/SiS8B
• Fusion Markets → https://shorturl.at/GEMa6

High leverage (up to 1:500) helps manage XAUUSD in smaller accounts.

AI Trading Autonomy Levels: Finding the Right Balance Between Control and Performance

3 Kasım 2025, 17:00
My AI EA skipped a perfect gold setup during London open. The signal was textbook. Support bounce at a major level. Volume confirmed. Higher timeframe aligned. Everything screamed "take this trade." But I had reasoning effort set to Low...

🚀 Kicking off the week — experiments + expansions

I’m running an A/B test on SL/TP management:

A) let the AI manage SL/TP more freely

B) keep it tighter under the EA
If we trust the AI, we should allow it—but I want data, so I’m testing both.

🧪 New market: ETHUSD — first trades went well. I’ll share notes as it develops.

📌 Broker note for XAUUSD (Aggressive preset)
Broker costs can make or break this preset. After testing many, my two go-tos (also in my main portfolio) are:

1. IC Trading (Standard) → https://shorturl.at/SiS8B

2. Fusion Markets → https://shorturl.at/GEMa6

They offer up to 1:500 leverage, which helps manage XAUUSD in smaller accounts. Thanks for supporting via these affiliates—worth a look.

How to Build a Gold EA with AI Integration: The Multi-Provider Approach

2 Kasım 2025, 17:30
I burned $340 in API costs in two weeks. Not because my gold EA was trading poorly. Because I didn't know what I was doing with AI provider costs. Every decision my expert advisor made cost money. Market data analysis? API call. Trade evaluation? API call. Risk assessment? Another call...

🚀 DoIt Alpha Pulse AI — v2.20 is live

What’s new in v2.20

New preset: XAUUSD – Aggressive

Session-based time filter (London, NY, etc.) with automatic DST & broker handling

Fix: non-critical “Error deleting position x” when a trade was closed manually

Version label now visible in the GUI

Improved logging for “allowed URL missing/forgotten” errors

🧪 What I’m testing next

A/B tests across a couple of configurations (to see which preset+provider wins in forward)

ETHUSD run for extra volatility (if XAUUSD shines in trends… ETHUSD should too)

🛠️ v2.2 almost done — boring to build, super valuable to use

Time in trading is critical—not “10:00 vs 11:00,” but relative to session opens/closes (London/NY), with all the DST chaos and broker timezones in the way.

So… I built a smart time filter that automatically detects London/NY opens & closes for any broker, summer or winter. Now you can say:

“Trade London open +30 min before to +30 min after”
and never worry about DST shifts, broker timezone, or those weird weeks when London/NY are out of sync. Massive headache to engineer… but it’s done. 😅

I’ll finish a couple of checks, upload v2.2, and post a clear “what’s new” right after. This should make presets cleaner and your setups much easier to trust.

🛠️ Wrapping up updates + new (free) analyzer tool

I’m finishing the latest changes and building a tool to analyze multiple strategies & accounts simultaneously — and yes, it’ll be free for all of you. Perfect for comparing presets and spotting what actually works.

📦 v2.2 lands tomorrow
Small but meaningful tweaks (preset polish, stability, routing, a bit of UI cleanup).

🚀 What an exciting week for Alpha Pulse AI

The Default profile closed around +42% this week — quite aggressive, but I’m genuinely impressed and excited for next week:

Other prompts also did great: Intraday +15% this week:

V2’s cleaner analysis + multi-trade handling is starting to show. I’ll keep sharing tested presets so you can use them easily. Let’s keep pushing. 💪

📊 Alpha Pulse AI — quick daily note

Small wins today on the current presets, and a loss during choppy market on the upcoming new preset (honestly a relief… I was getting anxious thinking it couldn’t lose). This is more normal: it’s aggressive, so it wins big—but when it loses, you feel it.

Does it work?
Last 6 days are sitting around +47% at ~1% risk per trade. So yes—but we still respect risk and keep iterating.

🛠️ Weekend: new version with improvements + that new preset.

🔥 Looks like we’ve got another setup 🔥

This is from the Default signal (just refreshed a couple of minutes ago). It’s aggressive, but the analysis is on point:

Monday: nailed the shorts.

Yesterday: flipped with the market and exited the bearish→bullish transition with a win (great sign).

Today: already looking for buys and managing RRR like a pro.

Reminder: we’re risking $10 per trade.
I’m seeing five 2.5–3R trades and one ~9R trade in this stretch — incredible sequence.

I’ll keep sharing details so you can copy/tweak it to your style. You make the edge real.

What 25 Alpha Pulse AI Traders Discovered (And What We're Building Next)

28 Ekim 2025, 16:00
The most valuable insights don't come from theories. They come from 25 traders running Alpha Pulse AI every single day. Hundreds of hours. Thousands of decisions. Real money. Here's what our community discovered that nobody expected - and how it's shaping what we're building next...

🚀 Yesterday’s run: this is getting good

I’m really liking what I’m seeing: the analysis feels sharper, and the multi-trade management is clean. Results (at least yesterday) were incredible. We’re getting closer.

What matters most is how you’ll use it—your style, your presets, your ideas. I’ll keep sharing what works so you can copy/tweak and make it yours.

Price update: next step is $397. If you’re on the fence, this is a good moment. I’ll give a heads-up before the change.

🚀 DoIt Alpha Pulse AI — v2.00 Day 1

Strong first day with v2.00. Early snapshot (today only; signals refresh later):

Default: +11.6%

Intraday: +14.9%

New account (all presets + Qwen): +9.2% (I’ll set up the signal later)

Honest note: Session Openings underperformed vs the previous version (–7%). It wasn’t strong today and v2.00 didn’t save it. I’ll review prompts/settings there.

⏳ Reminder: price stays at the current level for 2 weeks before moving to $397 (until Oct 9, 2025). If you’ve been thinking about joining, this is a good moment. Use the existing presets or help us discover new ones; everything helps and we’ll iterate together.

💥💥💥 DoIt Alpha Pulse AI — Version 2 released 💥💥💥

✨ Big update focused on you and your results. Not everyone wants (or has time) to test new strategies, so I’ve included 3 presets to get you trading your way faster. The goal: make DoIt Alpha Pulse AI truly plug‑and‑play for momentum, structure, or session styles, while power users can still shape the SystemPrompt to match their edge.
🧭 Important note: these presets have shown good early results, but testing isn’t mature yet. Now the EA can manage multi‑trades and has better market awareness; this should improve outcomes, but we still need forward time together.
📈 I’ll add a new signal so you can track progress transparently and decide faster.

What this means
🎯 You’re the hero here. These presets are launchpads: pick one, trade smaller if you like, and iterate. When you discover a profitable preset, share it. We’ll refine it together so your approach helps the whole community. Let’s do this!

Pricing update
💡 Phase 2 is finished → price moves to $397. Think of it as fuel for faster updates and a thank‑you to early adopters backing this from day one. Because everything moved fast, the current price stays for two more weeks. You have until Oct 9, 2025 to come in at today’s level.

What’s new in v2
1. Multi‑Trade Mode — when conditions align, the EA can open new opportunities without being blocked by an existing trade.
2. 3 Presets included — XAUUSD Intraday, XAUUSD ICT Intraday, XAGUSD Structure.
3. Simplified Inputs — less friction, more clarity.
4. Better Market Awareness — stronger context → more consistent decisions.
5. New AI Providers — Qwen and DeepSeek integrated.

I’ll keep posting presets and notes in the product comments.

XAUUSD EA + AI: What I Learned in Japan (Major Updates Coming)

26 Ekim 2025, 17:00

🛠️ Super productive weekend — plug-and-play getting real

Not everyone wants (or has time) to test new strategies, so I’m turning several user-shared setups & prompts into ready-made presets. Goal: make Alpha Pulse AI more plug-and-play, while power users can still tweak the SystemPrompt.

✅ What’s done:
• Multi-Trade Mode (not limited to one single trade. It allows to manage parallel positions)
• New AI providers: DeepSeek and Qwen wired in

📦 Release timing:
I’ll upload everything together (presets + multi-trade + new providers) today or tomorrow, not live yet, but close.

💬 You’re part of this, testing or not
If a preset doesn’t fit your style, drop a comment with what you’d like (pair, session, style) and we’ll shape it together.
(“100% WR and x2 in a week” doesn’t count 😅)

Heads-up: presets are forward-tested; no backtesting, so be patient and take it step by step.
