FDT62 Breakout is a volatility-anchored breakout system for XAUUSD (Gold), executed on the M5 timeframe.
Each trading day the EA derives a reference structure from recent price action and scales it against a proprietary measure of the instrument's recent daily range. Entry levels, protective stops, and exit management are all expressed as proportions of that volatility measure rather than fixed distances, so the system's geometry expands and contracts automatically with market conditions.
The system is direction-neutral. It arms both upside and downside pending orders and takes whichever side the market resolves into. There is no fixed take-profit target; positions are managed by a staged trailing mechanism that holds the stop close early and releases it only once a position has proven itself, allowing a minority of trades to capture extended multi-day moves.
Risk is fixed-fractional per position, with a hard daily loss limit that suspends trading for the remainder of the session once reached. New entries are confined to a defined intraday window.
