XG Gold Robot MT4 is specially designed for Gold. After extensive testing, we decided to include this EA in our offering. XG Gold Robot and works perfectly with the XAUUSD, GOLD, XAUEUR pairs. How to properly test the XG Gold Robot in the MetaTrader 4 tester?
Please select a deposit of 1000, accompanied by a custom date from 01/01/2022 to 27/04/2023, select Every tick, Spread of 5.0, Select risk to Low or Medium, Risk Percent 10 and click the start button in the MetaTrader 4 tester.

How to run the XG Gold Robot?
1. Please read the manual you received, it is currently available in English, but it will be available in Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish next week. All of the robot's functions are described there, and you only need to change a few parameters to match it to your broker. If you need assistance, please post your questions in the Telegram group and we will assist you with the settings.
2. The following step is to add an EA to XAUUSD, or other gold-related chart (you can edit the list of available pairs by adding new ones), and last step is a select the Timeframe H1. You don't have to worry about suffixes because EA handles them automatically. 

XG Gold Robot is available in two versions for MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and can be used with any broker and account. If you click on my profile, you can find the other versions there. I'm not sure what settings you use, but since you wrote without SL, it means you haven't set Stop Loss, so EA can't close the position at a loss. I assume you closed this position manually to show a significant loss here?

Version 4.0 has been added to MQL5. If you can't download it right now, please waiting up to 24 hours. Sometimes it takes several hours to update files. You can to download each new version for free by logging in to your platform, going to the Market section, and downloading the latest version. On the telegram group, you can find the new manual.

If you have open positions and change versions, write down the current magic number that was used in the old version and then enter the same in the "MagicNumber" parameters in the new version, this way the new version will handle open positions. The second option is to download the latest version only after all positions in your account are closed, then you do not need to change the magic number. How to find out what the magic number is right now? Go to the history and move your mouse over a closed position. You'll see a magic number with a pending system and an additional system (Experts id)

- trading 24h (the ability to run the robot 24 hours with true-false option)
- disable EA after loss (after reaching the MaxDD loss, the robot will stop opening new positions until the following day, true/false option)
- custom comments (the ability to specify your own trade comments)
