Hi,
Does the arrow repaint?
Thanks
Tuanyer
Hi,
Does the arrow repaint?
Thanks
Tuanyer
Hello,
Thanks for the interest. The arrow does not repaint unless new support / resistance line is found.
The indicator goes backwards on the chart. And, if it finds new support / resistance levels, it will draw new lines and indicate the base points with arrows. As per my experience it does not happen very often.
Thank so much Semion.
Another question: Does the indicator use Tom Demark technics in your indicator?, does the indic detect a Breakout?.
Thanks
Tuanyer

Demark approach was to build a line based on 2 points if I remember correctly. Also, mostly he was talking about the way to find the extremums. In my indicator I use my own algorithm which also prefers latest state on the market, but builds support / resistance level based on 3 points, which make it much stronger.
Regarding breakout - it does show the price. If you check the sample screenshot, it shows the break through price assuming latest candle, as it is not possible to predict the future.
Hope, it helps.
hi there,
interested in you trendline indicator, wonder if it can be applid to a renko chart? (whether traditional renko or mean Renko charts...) thanks

Morning,
The indicator does not distinguish on type of the chart, just takes the data available. You can try the demo version and see if it is working on your configuration. Also, if you can send me details on how you make your renko charts, I can test it over here and make sure it works.
Thanks.
Hi Semion,
Is possible to add an alarm to the indicator? whenever a new trendline is detected to have a sound alarm? If so, to have it as a custom sound alarm.
Thanks,
Dumitru

Yes, it's certainly possible. I will add this functionality within the next few days.
Thanks for your interest.
Good morning,
The following functionality is added to the indicator and pushed for approval:
Once moderator approves the changes, the new version will be published on the market.
Let me know if you have any other suggestion on improvement of the indicator.
Morning,
The support / resistance line is built based on 3 points. If it does not show the line, means there are no 3 points on the chart that can be used in the selected time range.
I certainly can change it to 2 points, but it will be very vague as many lines can done at the same point of time. The 3 points one is much more reliable.
Hi, very good indicator, but need some improvements.
For showing only the best S/R Lines, the indicator should only draw the trendlines when Upper (Resistance) Line is looking down ( latest touch point lower then previous ones) for Bearish BreakOut and looking up for the Lower (Support) Line ( latest touch point higher then previous ones) for Bullish BreakOut.
When using the Alert function, should give only "One" alert, instead on each tick, and would also be fine to ad an (Object) Arrow, with alert, when S or R Line is broken
Regards
Rudy
