It is just the Panel which shows signals on the any of the higher time frames you want to monitor. You can use higher time frames' signals as confirmation. And it was explained in the trading tips how to use higher time frames for confirmation. It was not said about the MTF Panel. That's true. But the Panel just shows these higher time frames for you to make it easier for you to see what signals are there.

For us that travel a lot and have Gann running on a VPS, is there perhaps a way to get notifications for a buy or sell signal if the 15min, 1H and 4 Hr Gann directions correlate (line up)? Meaning I exclusively want push notifications on my phone if the 3 different timeframes all show in the same direction and then trade accordingly using my phone or tablet.

Yes, that's possible. You need to make sure the two following options are set to true. They are Show MTF Signals Panel and MTF Panel Match Filter. Set them both to TRUE. In this case you will receive a signal only when the time frames are aligned.
