Формат ЧЧ:мм, например чтобы поставить Алерт\Пуш в 12:30 и 15:45 нужно ввести 12:30,15:45, тогда с 12:30 до 12:35(TimeSecondsToStop - время в секундах) Прозвучит Алерт\Пуш о начале и окончании времени, а также с 15:45 Прозвучит Алерт\Пуш о начале и окончании времени

I am encountering following issue:
Sydney, Tokyo, UTC and London are displaying the correct time
NewYork is wrong and display 13:32 instead of 3:42(am)
Also server time is wrong: "server 10:42:53 (1970.01.01 00:00:02) Monday should instead display : "server 03:42:53 (2021.11.15 00:00:02) Monday (not sure about 00:00:02)
How can I fix this ?

Hello, This is a very old development,
I have fixed this error. and compiled with the latest compiler.
Thank you. To be honest, I don’t know why this is happening, because mt5 code = mt4 code
added ChartRedraw just in case
