My chart is missing a number of items it does not look like the demo chart.  please take a look and get back to me  as to what settings you would like to see

The arrows distance is with respect to the Heiken Ashi bars.

Because if arrows are set based on price, then they always hide behind the heiken bars and are difficult to see.

I think your chart's heiken values are different from default:

Heiken Ashi 2,13,2,2

About the scanner:

It's missing HTF Trend alignment arrows and SR checkmarks. I think those might be set to false. So it's not looking for them.
