Please help me

I am sending to you 2 screenshots;

1.       After I paid the PZ Turning Points MT5 , on the left side you can see : The product already purchased

2.       Then, on the second screenshot, you can see that its inside the terminal, but its written: Product is purchased, but not downloaded yet. There is a button INSTALL, I click it, and NOTHING HAPPENS

3.       Please help me to use the indicator which I paid for …

 

I asked you to send it to me as an attachment to my email : ukrabota1@gmail.com OR deanivanov777@gmail.com ,

so I can load it manually, as nothing else works , thanks
