The best time frame for binary is M1 and set expire 0min with news filter, payout>70%.
News filter * before/after news event you can set 5mins,
** before/after news event you can set 10mins
*** before/after news event you can set 20mins
and 2mins before/after time xx:00, xx:15, xx:30, xx:45, becuase that time was high volatility.
