This is a great indicator that is extremly useful. Makes it easy to read the charts and understand the market. You can easy understand the trend and you can very easy take trade desicions. Thank you Arturo.

thank you sir for sharing these tools for free, however i have a suggestion for this indicator, it appears to change the signal too fast. maybe it needs a third state like no trend  or wait for example if one lower low appears it should wait for a lower high before turning into down trend. i hope you add an option for it to wait for that. thank you

Excellent and unique. I have this indi on any active chart. It can remind you of important trend info, with zero lag, that is easy to forget when looking at price action alone. Try applying two instances, setting the first instance to period 15, and the second instance to period 5. Set the line width of the second instance to 3, and colors of the second instance to contrast with the Period 15 instance. Apply this perspective to reversals and continuation trades. Very interesting when paired with one or more HalfTrend type indicators. Many thanks to the author for making this available, and even moreso _for free_. Amazing.
