1. Увеличиваем точность расчета времени с минут на секунды. 
2. Изменения в пользовательских параметрах: 
+ Wait before the news (sec) - время ожидания до выхода новостей для выставления ордеров (в секундах) 
+ Time slip performance before (sec) - проскальзывание времи ожидания до выхода новостей (в секундах) 
+ Time slip performance after (min) - проскальзывание времи ожидания после выхода новостей (в минутах) 
3. Добавлена возможность установки ежедневных новостей в установленное время. 
4. Изменения в пользовательских параметрах: 
+ News Everyday (ON/OFF) - новости каждый день (ДА/НЕТ) 
+ Time News Everyday - время ежедневных новостей (часы:минуты) 
5. Доработка функций проверки ошибок.

+ Time slip performance before (sec) - slippage of the waiting time before the news release (in seconds) 
+ Time slip performance after (min) - slippage waiting time after the news release (in minutes) 
3. Added ability to set the daily news at a preset time. 
4. Changes in the custom settings: 
+ News Everyday (ON/OFF) - news every day (YES/NO) 
+ Time News Everyday - the daily news (hours:minutes) 
5. Finalize the error checking functions.
