The normal price for Reversal Expert is 1000 USD (see Reversal Expert for MT4)

Today (9 April)    I set the price to 30 USD (97% discount!)   , which is the minimum allowed by Metaquotes, to let a few users buy it.

I will then increase the price slowly, until it reaches the normal price of 1000 USD.

Be sure to test Reversal Expert (testing is free) before the price is back to normal!

Even if I'm having a big position in dd waiting for it to go positive, I have to say that your EA works pretty well

Question: Have you ever tried it on H4 timeframe on live accounts? I am curious to see if it gives excellent results there, I started yesterday, obviously it will take some time to open positions, but I am wondering if you already tested there with real money, in H4, or H2, H1.. I did several back test with GBPUSD in 2017, starting with 10K, low risk, 0.16. I have tried also with 100K account, and risk 0.1...

Late 2017 (november) your EA don't catch the uptrend, and wipe out account

So I tried with EURUSD, I tried to start with 2014. In september 2014 it wipes account, EA is stuck against the opposite trend.

Basically it can go all well, until it goes very wrong...that day, you are out.

The EA has no way out, everybody can back test and see. Try GBPUSD from november 2017, any risk, any starting amount.

Am I wrong, and if I am, why? thx

I did it from August 2017 and January 2017 with 3k account and it was all profit? no problems or issues?

Maybe you are using the wrong timeframe? i had 0.24 risk factor, try it on M10, M15 and H1 and see if it changes

Has the behaviour of the MT5 EA changed over the MT4 version?

It seems the MT5 opens sell trades (if you are long) - some trades it has many buy and sell trades, others only 1 or two all at the same time.

Anyone read my previous comment re buy & sell trades open?

I also notice the EA now open more than 30x positions (I have a trade with 48x running trades with more pending orders)

Let me answer all your good questions.

Broker recommandation

I have experienced a lot of Forex brokers and my personal opinion is to find a good balance with cheap prices (spread, commission and swaps), good service and good support. The 3 I stick with are Alpari, Activtrades and IC Markets. I don't say all the others are bad, but either they are bad or they are expensive, or I did not tested them. 

Timeframes recommandation

I have tested H4 of course. It works but there are typically less trades and trends have a stronger impact with this timeframe. I recommend M15, which fits best with this strategy.

In a general way, it can happen that the Forex pair starts a strong opposite trend, preventing Reversal Expert to quickly reach a profit. In this case, Reversal Expert tries to become profitable as soon as possible. Sometimes it can be long.

When it happens (very rare case), there are several possibilities:

• You let Reversal Expert do its recovery job:
• Be sure to monitor the margin requirements so that Reversal Expert can continue its trading. 
• You can manually close a few positions to lower the margin requirements.
• You can stop Reversal Expert and do the recovery yourself.
• You can close all the positions so that Reversal Expert can restart a new trade activity.
