Brent Structure Patterns is a MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor developed specifically for Brent crude oil trading.
The EA combines four distinct long-side trading setups based on price structure, volatility, breakouts and moving-average expansion. Each setup operates independently with its own entry conditions and predefined exit horizon.
The system evaluates completed candles and does not rely on fixed trading hours or session-based signals.
Trading Strategies
S1 — Volatility Continuation (H1)
Identifies strong bullish volatility expansions and seeks subsequent price continuation.
S2 — Compression Breakout (H1)
Detects periods of narrowing price ranges followed by a confirmed upward breakout.
S3 — Lower-Range Reaction (H1)
Identifies bullish reactions when price reaches the lower area of a broader historical trading range.
S5 — EMA Expansion (M15)
Detects the expansion of bullish moving-average separation after a period of compression.
The four strategies work together within a single Expert Advisor.

Swap rates, spreads, execution costs and contract specifications may vary substantially between brokers.
Trading and Position Management
The EA uses fixed-lot position sizing and supports up to four simultaneous positions, with a maximum of one position per strategy by default.
Normal exits are based on completed trading bars:
-
S1: 15 H1 bars
-
S2: 18 H1 bars
-
S3: 18 H1 bars
-
S5: 52 M15 bars
The EA does not use martingale, grid averaging or recovery position sizing.
Important: the EA does not place protective Stop Loss or Take Profit orders. Positions are normally closed according to the strategy's bar-count exit rules. Market gaps, sharp adverse moves, execution failures or platform disconnections may result in substantial losses.
