Instructions for After Your Purchase

Thank you for purchasing my EA!

To get started and for personalized support, please contact me directly via private message after your purchase is complete.

Here's how:

  1. Wait for Purchase Confirmation: Ensure your purchase is complete and the EA is in your "My Products" section.

  2. Go to the MQL5 Market Website: (This is easier than the MetaTrader platform for messaging).

  3. Navigate to Your Account: Click on your profile picture/name in the top right and select "Personal Area".

  4. Find "My Products": In your Personal Area, find the list of your purchased products.

  5. Locate This EA: Find the EA you just bought and click on its name or the "Open Product Page" link.

  6. Contact the Author: On the product page, you will see my name/company as the "Seller." Click on my name. This will take you to my profile.

  7. Send a Private Message: On my profile page, click the "Send Private Message" button.

Please include in your first message:

  • Your MQL5 Market account name (this helps me verify the purchase).

  • Your MetaTrader Account Number (for any setup help).

  • Any initial questions or settings you'd like to configure.

Important Notes for Your Security:

  • Do NOT post your account details, license key, or any personal information in the public comments/ reviews.

  • All official support and communication should happen through the MQL5 Private Message system for your protection and mine. I do not provide support via unofficial emails or channels posted in comments.

  • I typically respond within 24 hours (often sooner).

The good news is that this issue is already in the process of being fixed and will be ready with our next update.

This update will make sure that, with backtesting, everything works fine across all supported brokers, and the trades are generated as expected when your strategy's conditions are met. We expect to release this update within the 2-3 Days.
