Closing this week with additional around 13% profit. This week only few open positions and some had long floating but returned with big profits. Two open positions closed with loss before hit SL because EA strategies indicated those will against direction and decided to force close. Gladly FUIJI-SAN EA still had consistence result. Can you share if there are other set files other than low and high risk ?

Hi Sir. Hope you always doing well.  I suggest you to use default setting of the EA. Two things you need to adjust are :

  • How many volume risk you want to take. You can adjust with 3 type of volume risks : Static Lot, Compounded Lot, and by Risk Percentage
  • How many maximum open positions for all and per session. It's mean more open positions it possible impact your profit/loss
Please do some back tests to calculate how many risk you want to take. Happy Weekend!

Hi Sir. Thank you for sharing yours. I just focus on the last line which is closed with hit SL with big loss which open position made on Friday, previous week. Luckily I stopped my trade earlier on that day because black friday event and I can not accept hours big spread on USDJPY. So, the loss is not in my history.

FUJI-SAN EA still produce stable profit even there are some losses. One loss hit SL because of BOJ news. Another one due to force close because of there was indication of potential bigger loss and that was true. Happy to get some positive feedbacks on this EA from buyers. Happy Weekend!

I have been running Fujisan EA in demo account for the past two weeks and it looks good. I quite like the way it works. I have gone Live with small lot size for starters. Hope it continues to do well.

Dear all Fuji-San traders. I admit this week is worst time for this EA. Actually already predicted, so personally I reduce my risks for this EA this week for several reasons :

  • There's two major/big news US NFP (12/16) and US CPI (12/18) in same week. This EA produced big profit around at NFP session but had big loss around CPI session  
  • On Friday (12/19), there are two BOJ (Bank of Japan) news in same day and could be the last BOJ news for 2025. Again, EA produce profit on the first session and had big loss again on the second news.
  • Holiday mood. Many experience traders might be already beware that between mid of Dec until mid of Jan market might me not similar compare to other periods where many traders already stop trades. It's mean risks increase
  • If you take a look BT result on Dec 2024. This situation also happened similar

Attached, my trading result. So facing upcoming weeks, my suggestions are :

  • Just reduce your risks (lot and number of open positions), if you want still trade, at least until second week of Jan 2026. I think it will be Jan 12th you can do normal trade
  • Anticipated big spread during holiday session like Dec 25th and Dec 31st
  • For a peace holiday just stopped EA and enjoy your HOLIDAY!

I’ve decided to temporarily disable the bot following the unfavorable performance from last week through today. With Christmas Eve approaching tomorrow, market conditions are likely to become even more unstable, something the developer has also acknowledged may persist until mid-January, in which I might enable the bot again then, provided that the bot shows enhanced consistent performance during normal market conditions. Disabling the bot during highly volatile sessions, especially around major news events, might also seem like a prudent step to avoid a repeat of last week’s results. I look forward to future updates and improved weekly performance reports.

Hi Sir, Thank you for your review and comment. I am appreciate that. I admit that, during pre-holiday season market move very volatile and technical analysis are not in the line. It's not happen only USDJPY pair, even happen  for other forex pairs.

I have Fujisan running since Dec. 16th and it‘s performance isn‘t what I was after after intensive and positive backtesting.
So far it hit 3 SLs and made only a couple pips profit. Another SL is on the way and just a matter of time.
Fortunately all on demo. Will see how it goes after the holiday season and hopefully it will start to show his full potential.

I left Fujisan running in my demo for the past 3 months (except 3 weeks between Dec 2025 -Jan 2026) and it looks to be doing well. I understood from others that during the year end period, there were a few big losses due to low volume. Quite impressed with the win rate and profit factor.
