i just purchased  Heiken Ashi Candle Color Change Alerts Serie MT4 but it is not giving any alerts ; all alerts needed to be set to  true is set right as per my needs and others are disabled ....in addition to that it doesn't load fast ; it take time to load on the chart on one hand and it causes lagging to the chart when you scroll left or right ...beside that the amount ount of arrows are too much and it is disturbing for vision also you will see duplicated once or once are not at the right place and that you can see it when you switch time frames 

i  purchased other indicator from you Price and Moving Average Crossover Alerts Serie ... and i am happy with it; so my request to you is to substitute Heiken Ashi Candle Color Change Alerts Serie MT4 with Two Moving Average Crossover SerieMT4 indicator instead ; your help and support is needed  to do so and i will appreciate that from you ....thanks alot .....please assist me by explaining how you  the replacement can  be done and to be activated on my MT4 platform

Thanks for purchasing our indicators. In order to fix any reported issue we need that you provide us with all the related info. This is, we need that you to send us screenshots showing the issue, the settings you used, the log files generated by the terminal and any other info that could be useful for us. Also tell us if you got the same issues when you tested the indicator.

On the other hand we are not able to substitute a purchased indicator by any other tool. You must contact MQL5 support to cover any doubt related to MQL5 market. We can only help you with issues related to the indicator itself.

thank you for your respond ....i posted the message in different places because i had an experience before where no answers from the other side  (not you)..so i thought you might come across my massage whenever you are at certain place of this market page...any way  i will send you more than screenshot ( tomorrow because it getting late nigh here ) in order to help you to identify the problem and if the issues are solved then that what i want....or maybe i am wrong and missing something and how the indicator should be set in order to work in a proper way

just to add i did not get to test it ; because the download button for demo did not respond when i clicked on it tried more than  time to do so .....so i bought it directly ...i did sent you about this demo download issue and i sent it to your PM if you check it you will see it there but i did not get any answer from you ...so i dont have any testing experience about the indicator and how it behaves and act

I purchased Heiken ashi colour change alert indicator a while ago, I did not trade for some time. Now I have new laptop and I installed mt4 on my computer but I can get my purchased indicators downloaded to my computer, I have activations left on these indicators. mar

THis is what I did:    

market, mt4, indicators, name of indi, (( this product already purchased)   clicked on the link Install on the terminal.  But nothing happens.

Have you checked that you are correctly login in the MQL5 account you used to purchase the indicator?
