I noticed my StopLoss is also set to 0.0. Does this mean the AI automatically decides the Stop Loss timing based on market conditions (just like the TP)?
Or does it mean there is no Stop Loss logic at all, and the EA will hold a losing position indefinitely until the account balance runs out?
I would appreciate your clarification.

The EA will close the position on its own when the predicted value becomes small, so it does not hold the position all the way until stop-out.

MT5は64ビットのアプリですので古い32ビットPCでは使用できません。
セント口座などで動作させないというような制限は一切ございません。
何か制限を付けると、MQL5の審査が通過できないようになっています。
エラーがある場合はエキスパートログや操作履歴ログになにかメッセージが書かれますので、ログをご確認いただくのもいいかと思います。
損切りの設定ですがStoploss%は口座残高に対してでよろしいでしょうか？

Stoploss％は価格の変動率になりますので、マイナス一万円で決済というわけではないです。
