On the MT5 Wizard, depending on your broker, you may need to change the “order filling” Input to a different one. It is currently on fill or kill. That is if the EA is not opening trades.

It's kind of strange. I have activated Auto Lot and adjusted the sum of the deposit, but a trade is only ever started with 0.01 lots. What am I doing wrong?

the starting credit is 100,000 and I have also entered this value in the auto lot number.

I have now set it back to 13000 and now it fits. Clearly a user error on my part.

A 13,000 auto lot setting for a 100,000 starting balance would be quite aggressive and could be very risky. I would do some backtesting first and adjust the auto lot amount that fits the initial position size you are looking for. The original default setting of 13,000 in auto lot is designed for a starting balance of 10,000. To match that with a 100,000 would be an equivalent of 130,000 in the auto lot setting.

An aggressive amount would be an auto lot setting of 80,000-100,000 with a starting balance of 100,000. That raises the risk of course as well.

Doesn't it start at a leverage of 1:30?

That is just a recommendation. An account large enough with a lessor leverage would be equivalent.

You can adjust the max spread in the inputs of the EA. Also, you may need to change the order filling method from FOC to the one of the other options if the EA doesn’t open trades with the broker you are using.
