I have a subscription service that needs authentication

I have a subscription service that needs authentication. I want customers to enter their mt4 or mt5 account numbers into my website and have them stored into a mysql database. I need to have a web url entered into the experts tab to check to see if the customer is in the database. I currently have a system in place but when i move it to a different server it doesnt seem to be working correctly. 

I am open to suggestions for another authentication method. I DONT need an expiration date or a temporary account number system. I need the system to check real time if the customer is in the database.
