Teaching simple code to export data from MT4 to excel

Hello everyone, 

I have good programming background and I would like to learn how to write code to export data to excel.

I have code written for me to export several thing and I can manipulate it, such as: in original it has Sto(5,3,3), I can modify to get both Sto(5,3,3) and Sto(15,9,4). But I have hard time to add completely new indicator. 

Anyway, I want to learn:

- how to find right name for parameters for a MT4 built in indicator

- how to find right name for parameters for a custom indicator

- Put the name in the right place to get data out.

- and of course get the data out. 

I believe that it shouldn't take more than 1-2hour for me to learn.
