Hello,i would like to install new payment gateway (paysera.com) in my system

My site aladino.lt make on Framework https://codeigniter.com/ already i have instaled paypal, gateway and many others payments system but i need https://developers.paysera.com/en/payments/current#how-payments-work
PAysera don't have any plugin for my site, i need some programming work.
