Create EA from an Excel strategy

I have a strategy written in Excel. It uses 3 modified indicators, plus connection to a database which contains our own proprietary info.

The strategy will be trading multiple pairs.   For each trade, a pair is allocated a percent of the overall portfolio value. 

The strategy is explained in clear language (the trading rules), with logical steps given to open or close trades.   The trading rules also include the mathematical formulas for each indicator.

You will need to sign a NDA before we can provide the trading rules to you.
