Design & Construct Scripts for Sharing Screenshots with Clarifai

I want to use a ai subscription service called Clarifai as an image identification tool, and I wish to use it in response to screenshots of my signals being generated and placed in a folder. 

-I believe there needs to be a script that responds to a new screenshot being added to a specific folder 

• That script  then sends the image to Clarifai, and then Clarifai needs to be instructed to scan that image and look for matches on specific project based on 
• the two colors of candlesticks 
• and the shape they form, (but I am very unsure of how to do it).
• And then, take that image and run it against the specified project or database of images to check for congruencies between the new screenshot, and the ones in the database. 
• The image that has a (90)% match rate or that has the highest of percentages over 90% should be sent back to the original script alongside whatever data has been pre identified (I am not completely sure of the parameters I will use for matching due to me currently not knowing how the ai can be instructed, but the instructions and parameters are basically that simple). 
• Whatever script that the image and match data is returned to should then send that set of info to the signal group’s discord and telegram. 

All of the screenshots in the database are in the same color scheme, and the new screenshots will also be the same, with the zoom in the same spot as well to make the process more effective.
